Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property

Neuralitic is committed to securing its IPR (Intellectual Property Rights). This ensures that its customers can continuously benefit from innovative technology, and maintain a competitive edge.

Over the past five years, Neuralitic has filed over 23 global patents. These rich assets enable Neuralitic to maintain its lead in the market, and protect the value of its customers’ investment by ensuring feature set and functionality exclusivity — for today and tomorrow.

Neuralitic’s IPR portfolio covers the following:

Analytical & Decisional Indicators – These patents are focused on the process of converting highly complex sets of information into advanced metrics; for example through detailed Attraction and Loyalty parameters. Attraction is measured as the difference between the number of people who adopt devices from a specific manufacturer and those who abandon the manufacturer. Loyalty reflects the number of people who keep the same device manufacturer when they migrate to a new device.

Policy-Control Analytics – By delivering a rich PCRF (Policy and Charging Rules Function) development environment, Neuralitic integrates Policy and Charging-aware indicators, as well as history-based, back-testing of policy control rules scenarios.

Audience Measurement – Through measurement applications such as effective IPTV audience in a converged networks environment, Neuralitic solutions are able to uniquely identify when a device is browsing through a website, and/or monitor conversion rates for advertising content.

Content Categorization – The use of heuristics and statistical learning methods enable SevenFlow™ to learn on-the-fly. This is evidenced by its ability to recognize and categorize iPhone applications and widgets categorization, with encrypted session classification.

Data Capture and Metering – Tracks complex traffic such as P2P (Peer to Peer), session contextualization and secure content consumption.
